Using iPad's in the classroom is not always easy, in fact, it can be a challenge that will test your patience. The good thing here is that by the end of this course, you will become an iPad MASTER and gain confidence in your teaching ability.
In this course you have access to over 25 informative videos that provide you with instruction on how to utilize iPad’s in the classroom. The tutorial style videos will show you different online tools, apps, and and pre-loaded tools on your iPad that you can start using in your classroom today.
As you are going through the coursework, feel free to write down any notes, ideas, or thoughts that you might have about how you can begin using iPad’s in your classroom. Trying new things in your classroom, while it may be a scary thought, it will pay off when utilizing technology that can positively impact you and your students.
Before you begin, here are a few things you will want to know.
- If you have a desktop/laptop computer, you may want to complete the coursework from that and have your iPad handy in order to follow along.
- If you do not have desktop/laptop computer, you can still successfully complete the course.
- As you complete the course make sure that you are jotting down notes, ideas, and thoughts so that you can reference these later. You will be given a lot of information and it is important to be able to go back and re-visit that information at a later time.
- At the end of some of the units there may be an assignment for you to complete. That assignment will require you to upload your completed work. This will allow us to provide you with feedback in order to better serve you as you move through the course.
- At completion, feel free to provide us with any feedback so that I can continuously improve this course and better serve my customers
